The owner of this handsome flush-deck motoryacht is an enthusiastic sailboat racer who uses a boat as his primary residence. Familiar with Hunt designs, he came to C. Raymond Hunt Associates for replacement of his Hatteras yacht with a vessel that could provide greater comfort and performance as well as include the special features that could be included only in a completely custom project. As befits a boat to be lived on, her interior spaces emphasize space and comfort, rather than numbers of berths. The flying bridge is a true outdoor room, complete with hot tub. All mechanical systems are grouped aft where their noise and vibration can be isolated. Her draft is decreased through the use of propeller pockets, and prop protection is provided by a short centerline grounding skeg.
