Hunt Associates Staff

John H. Deknatel
President of C. Raymond Hunt Associates, Inc. A Harvard College graduate, John then studied at the Harvard Graduate School of Design  prior to joining Philip L. Rhodes, Naval Architects, in 1960. In 1963, he went to work for Ray Hunt, and assumed leadership of the firm in 1969.

Winn Willard
Ceo of Hunt Yachts, Inc. and Vice President of Hunt Associates, Winn is a graduate of Babson College with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. He studied naval architecture at the University of Michigan, is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME), and has been with Hunt Associates since 1970.

Peter S. Boyce
Senior Designer at Hunt Associates, Peter graduated from Tufts University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has been with the firm since 1972.

Stephen M. Weld
Holding the position of Designer, he is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the University of Pennsylvania. Steve joined the staff at Hunt Associates in 1983.

Craig J. Obara
Chief Naval Architect & Engineer, Craig received his Master of Science in Naval Architecture degree from the University of Michigan. Previously employed at Gulfstar and at Pearson Yachts, he joined the firm in 1985

Robert P. Provencal
Designer. He studied machine design at the Community College of Rhode Island. Before joining the Hunt staff in 1988, he was employed at Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding.

Joel R. Neider
Designer. Joel was previously employed at Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding as well and at Edey & Duff, Ltd. He joined the Hunt staff in 1996.

Serene M. Rousseau
Serene is a graduate of Boston College and joined the Hunt staff in 2006. She is the Office Manager and Web Administrator.
